The $5,000/Month Faceless YouTube System I Built On Lunch Breaks. Free.

The 4-Hour OnTarget Loop is the operator-built production cycle that turns a week of scattered AI tab-juggling into one Saturday morning of shipped videos — without burning your weeknights or your day job.

Dear faceless creator,

If you're currently paying for three or four AI tools — one for scripts, one for voice, one for competitor research, maybe a thumbnail tool on top — and you're still spending eight hours per video, this letter is for you.

I'm not going to tell you faceless YouTube works. You already know it works. You've seen the channels. You're probably running one right now. You've hit some kind of monetization — or you're close — and your real question is the one nobody answers honestly:

Why does one month pay $3,200 and the next one pay $800 — on the same channel, with the same effort?

I spent two years answering that question with my own money. I burned through courses. I duct-taped five subscriptions together. I copied scripts between tabs at 1 AM while my daughter slept in the next room. Then one of my faceless channels broke through and pulled $13,000 in a single month — and the system behind it shrank to four hours a week.

That system is what's in this ebook. I wrote it the week I realized I was finally on the other side. I'm giving it to you free because the version of me from two years ago would have paid $500 for it and called it cheap.

The $5,000/Month Faceless YouTube System — ebook cover

Phase 01 — AIM

What you'll find inside the 50 pages

Five chapters, seven specific mistakes I made so you don't have to, and the exact loop I now run every week. No fluff. No "10 tips" recycled from a YouTube comment section.

  • The 2 AM math that kills 96% of "quit your job" creators and the bridge move that lets you build a $5K/month channel without touching your paycheck. (Chapter 1)

  • Why three different channel types pulling $5–$9 per 1,000 views all share the same 4-hour weekly workflow and the one of those three you should never start with if you're under 25 videos in. (Chapter 2)

  • The reason face-to-camera creators silently burn out at the exact moment faceless creators scale to 3 channels it's not effort, it's a bottleneck most creators never name. (Chapter 3)

  • Two scripts. Same niche. Same creator. Click-through rates within 2 points of each other. One pulled 1,700 views. The other pulled 95,300. Inside: the single prompt variable that decided it. (Chapter 4, Principle 4)

  • The "small channel, big video" search formula that flags goldmine niches in under 30 minutes under 50K subs, over 100K views, posted in the last 3 months — and the Veritasium trap that fools 9 out of 10 beginners into modeling the wrong videos. (Chapter 4, Principle 1)

  • The well-meaning thing your spouse, your brother, and your mom do in your first month that permanently confuses the YouTube algorithm and the recovery window before the damage locks in. (Mistake 6)

  • The 8 months of generic AI prompts that cost me thousands in lost revenue and the prompt-layer shift that separates creators making $500/mo from creators making $5K/mo using the exact same tools. (Mistake 7)

  • Why a 2-week backlog isn't a productivity hack it's the single difference between editing until 5 AM the night before upload and actually having a Saturday with your kids. (Mistake 2)

  • The "clean last 10 seconds" instruction most editors never get and how it compounds into 3–5 extra videos watched per session by the algorithm's favorite kind of viewer. (Mistake 4)

  • The demonetization incident triggered by a single AI hallucination and the research-first workflow rebuild that took months but ended the strikes for good. (Mistake 7 / Chapter 4)

  • The 3 metrics in YouTube Analytics that put you ahead of 90% of competitors and the 2 vanity numbers most creators stare at daily that mean almost nothing. (Mistake 5)

  • Why "I'll just edit it myself to save money" costs you roughly $4.37 per hour of your own life and the exact split of what to delegate ($20–$50/video editing, $8–$15/thumbnail) versus what you must never hand off. (Mistake 5 / Principle 5)

Most AI YouTube playbooks teach you to generate faster. The 4-Hour OnTarget Loop teaches you to aim first. Five disconnected tools is not a workflow — it's a tax. The Loop is one connected production cycle where every step remembers the last: AIM at validated audience signal → BUILD the full asset stack in one pipeline → SHIP on a cadence the channel can sustain. Speed without aim is just shipping garbage at scale.

Phase 02 — BUILD

Who's writing this letter

My name is Max Henrique. I'm not a YouTube guru. I don't sell courses. I don't have a Lamborghini in the background of my thumbnail.

I'm a lift technician. I've spent the last 13 years maintaining elevators full-time. I built every system in this ebook on my lunch break, in my car between service calls, and at my kitchen table after my two daughters were in bed.

Here's what I've actually done:

  • Built two faceless YouTube channels to over $70,000 in lifetime revenue. Both started from zero. Both are still running. Both are operated by me, alone, in under 8 hours a week combined.

  • Hit a single month over $13,000 on one of those channels after a breakthrough video crossed 800,000 views. That video took me three hours to script using the loop you'll learn in Chapter 5.

  • Survived the December 2025 demonetization wave that killed a 6-figure faceless channel I operate. I rebuilt it. The playbook in this ebook came from the rebuild — not from the easy run.

I built OnTarget Studio because I got sick of running five tabs to ship one video. The ebook is the strategy. Studio is the workflow. You don't need Studio to use the ebook. Most of what's in here works with whatever stack you're already running.

Build the bridge.
Don't jump off the cliff.

That's the line I tell every creator who emails me asking if they should quit their job tomorrow. The bridge is what this ebook teaches.

— Max

This ebook is the wrong fit if any of this is you

I'd rather you close this tab now than waste your time. Here's who should not download this:

  • If you want passive income while you sleep, this isn't it. The loop is four hours a week, every week. Not zero.

  • If you think free AI tools alone can replace a real workflow, you'll hate Chapter 5. The math doesn't work and I'll show you why.

  • If you're not willing to publish at least 50 videos before judging whether your niche is wrong, skip the download. Every creator I know who scaled past $5K/month did it on video 30–80, not video 5.

  • If you're looking for a "secret niche", there isn't one. The ebook teaches you how to find your own. I'd be lying if I told you my niches would work for you.

  • If you want me to tell you to quit your job, I won't. I kept mine for two years while I built this. The ebook explains exactly why.

If any of that landed wrong, close the tab. No hard feelings.

If you're still reading — keep going.

Phase 03 — SHIP

What you'll actually be able to do by Sunday night

Not "feel inspired." Not "have a new mindset." Six specific things you'll be able to do, with the page reference in the ebook:

  1. Pick a faceless niche you can sustain for 12+ months using my under-50K-subs / over-100K-views search query — the one filter I run before I commit a dollar of time. (Chapter 4, Principle 1)

  2. Score any niche's monetization ceiling in under 10 minutes by reading three signals on three competitor channels. No guessing at RPM. (Chapter 2)

  3. Replace 3–5 AI subscriptions with one consolidated workflow the 4-Hour OnTarget Loop. The exact sequence I run every Saturday. (Chapter 5)

  4. Diagnose why your last 10 videos underperformed using the four-question retention audit. Most creators are wrong about which mistake they're making. (Chapter 4, Principle 3)

  5. Avoid the seven mistakes that cost me an estimated $14,000 in wasted spend, wrong-niche channels, and recovery time after the December 2025 demonetization. Each mistake is named, dated, and priced. (Bonus Section)

  6. Know whether to keep your day job using the bridge math from Chapter 1. This one alone is worth more than the rest of the book if you're considering quitting. (Chapter 1)

That's what you'll know. Not "be a better creator." Six specific operator moves.

Real questions from real readers

I'm already running a channel and paying for three AI tools. Is this just going to tell me to consolidate?
Partly, yes — but the bigger point is which 20% of those tools actually move the revenue needle. Chapter 5 ranks every step of the loop by dollar impact. If you're paying $90/month and 60% of it is on a tool that affects nothing measurable, you'll know by page 38.
Do I need OnTarget Studio to use the ebook's methods?
No. The ebook teaches the system. Most of what's in there works with whatever stack you're running. I built Studio because I got tired of running the loop across five tabs myself — but the loop is the loop. The tool is optional.
How is this different from the YouTube growth books on Amazon?
The Amazon books are written by people who teach YouTube. This is written by someone who operates faceless channels and works a full-time day job. Every number in the ebook is something I paid for or earned. Every mistake is one I made with my own money. If you can find another book where the author shows you a $13K month from a single channel and a $14K cost-of-mistakes ledger, buy that one too.
Will this work if I'm in a niche outside of what your channels cover?
Yes. I deliberately don't name my niches — partly to protect my algorithm, partly so you don't lazy-copy. The five principles in Chapter 4 are niche-agnostic. The under-50K-subs search method works in any topic that has more than a few hundred thousand viewers.
How fresh is this? The AI tool landscape changes every month.
The strategy is durable — niche selection, retention, hook structure, the loop itself. Specific tool recommendations are versioned and updated quarterly. If a tool I name in Chapter 5 changes pricing or breaks, the email follow-up will tell you what I replaced it with.
I'm not a beginner. I've published 80+ videos. Will I learn anything?
Probably. The seven-mistakes bonus section is written for creators past video 30 — every mistake I list is one I made AFTER I thought I knew what I was doing. If you've never done a retention audit using the four-question framework in Chapter 4, that section alone will pay for the time it takes to read.

One more time. The ebook is free. The system isn't.

You can keep paying $50–150 a month across a stack of tools that don't talk to each other and hope one of your next videos breaks through.

Or you can spend the next hour reading the playbook I wish someone had handed me two years ago, and rebuild your weekly workflow around a loop that takes four hours instead of forty.

The bridge is what this ebook builds. Walk across it.
